Cancellation in Case of Visa Rejection: If you successfully secure accommodation in the Australia but unfortunately your visa application is rejected, you can cancel the booking. For this, you must inform the team by writing a confirmation letter issued by the visa authorities. Further, you need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 30 days before the agreement starts. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation in Case of University Rejection: If you successfully secure accommodation but unfortunately your application is rejected by the university, you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter from the university or UCAS letter. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 30 days before the agreement starts. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation in case your executed agreement is in Western Australia: If your executed agreement is in Western Australia, the deposit of 2 weeks’ rent will be used to cover the expenses of finding a new tenant to take over your accommodation and the rent that is lost in this period.
Cancellation in other circumstances: You will not be entitled to receive the refund unless you provide written evidence to the accommodation team if the cancellation is due to your employment being revoked by your employer before the starting date of the agreement.

Payment Methods: The payment method for booking accommodation is through debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers. Please note that cash and cheques will not be accepted as a payment method.
Deposit: To secure your booking you need to pay a security deposit equivalent to 2 weeks’ rent which will be included in your rent. You also need to make a bond payment equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent.
