• Cancellation within the Cooling Off Period: Unless you have collected your keys, you can cancel your booking by sending an email directly to the accommodation team. Scape will provide you with a full refund minus the holding deposit.

• Payment Method: To book your room you can make your payment via the following methods:

  • You can make a fortnightly debit payment by providing Australian bank account details or through a Mastercard or Visa card.
  • You can make a full payment via bank transfer or credit card.
  • You can make payment by any method nominated by the property at their discretion or otherwise required by the laws of the relevant state.

  Please note that any credit card surcharges may apply to payments made by credit card or with Mastercard or Visa. Any credit card surcharges must be paid by you upon booking.
