What kind of student housing do we offer?

We offer many different kinds of student housing including Studio Apartments, Single Bedrooms with attached Bathrooms in Shared Flats as well as Shared Apartments for people with different types of needs.

How do I know my accommodation is safe?

All of our properties are personally verified by the team or our representatives to ensure your safety. Each accommodation has various safety measures in place, including CCTV, secure door entry, restricted access, onsite security, and more.

Are the prices negotiable?

We make sure that you get the best value for your money. The prices that you see on our website are absolute and inherent. However, additional offers may be provided through our website and app.

What are the various categories of student housing?

We offer student accommodation in four broad categories – Shared Rooms (shared bedroom for living with a roommate), Private Room (single bedroom for living alone), Studio Flat (private apartment for living alone) and Entire Place (rent a complete flat where you can live alone or share with friends).

What does the rent include? Are there any extra fees?

When should I book my accommodations?

The best time to start looking for accommodations is as soon as you decide on a university. This will allow you to pick from the best properties as well as get early-bird deals when booking in advance.

How does it work?

Just browse through the list of properties available on our website, and raise an inquiry to book your room. Our accommodation expert will contact you shortly after to begin the booking process after addressing your queries.

My offer to the university is not yet confirmed. Can I still book my accommodation?

Sure! You can book with us even if you have just applied to the university or have a conditional offer from the university. Depending on the property you choose, you may later need to provide proof that you have secured admission. Please get in touch with us at 1800-572-118 to learn more.

Can I view the property virtually before I check-in?

Yes, we could arrange a viewing session for you. All you need to do is let our accommodation expert know, and we will arrange a Skype or walk-in viewing for you.

How do I pay the rent?

Rent payment is simple and can be done online, by debit/credit card or via a bank transfer. We may also be able to arrange an alternative payment method if these are not feasible.

What if I change my mind after booking?

Changing your mind is okay; we understand! Cancellation policies vary from property to property. At some accommodations, you can cancel the booking and request a refund even a few days after paying the deposit, while at others you can cancel without a penalty before the booking is accepted by the property owner. Please make sure you go through the cancellation policy on the property page.

Will my deposit and rent be refunded if I cancel my booking?

Refund policies vary by property. Please check the refund policy for each property on its page, or contact your accommodation expert for assistance.

How much time does it take to get the refund?

If you have paid using a debit card, then it takes up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. For credit cards, the refund appears on your next monthly statement.

Who is a guarantor? How do I find one?

A guarantor is usually a parent or guardian who is responsible for paying your rent in case you default. If you don’t have a guarantor, we will connect you with our partners, who can help you find a guarantor for a nominal charge.

What are the requirements for a guarantor?

A guarantor must fulfil the following requirements 1 They must be a citizen of your country of study. 2 They must have a good credit history.
