Cancellation in Case of Visa Rejection: If you succeed in securing accommodation in Australia but unfortunately your visa application is rejected then you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter issued by the visa authorities. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 24-48 hours of receiving a rejection of your visa application. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation in Case of University Rejection: If you succeed in securing accommodation in Australia but unfortunately your application is rejected by the university then you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter from the university or UCAS letter. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 24-48 hours of receiving a rejection of their application from the university. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation Due to Other Circumstances: If you wish to cancel the booking before checking in the property, you will be released from the contract only after providing a replacement tenant. In case, a replacement tenant is not found, you will not be released from the contract and will be liable to pay the due rent.

Payment Methods: You can pay your rent via Visa, Mastercard and Amex Cards. Please note that cash and cheques are not accepted as payment methods. Before moving into the property, you need to pay your first instalment.
Instalments: A minimum of 2 weeks of rent has to be paid in advance.
Deposit: A bond equal to 4 weeks' rent along with 2 weeks' advance rent must be paid in order to secure your booking at the accommodation.
