Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: Mezzino provides a cooling-off period of 14 days. If you cancel your booking during this time, you will receive a complete refund for the entire amount paid.

  Early Cancellation: If you cancel your booking after the cooling-off period or before your tenancy ends, you will be liable to pay the rent for the duration mentioned in your agreement. In case, you are successful in providing a replacement in your place for the duration of the tenancy, you will be released from the contract and you will receive a suitable refund accordingly.

• • You can avoid one lump sum payment and pay your rent in instalments. These instalments depend on the timing and the property you are residing in.
  • You must sign a tenancy agreement and pay an advance deposit within 7 days to secure your booking.
  • If you fail to pay the deposit money within 7 days, any room you hold will be released automatically.
