• Cancellation Policy

  A short cooling-off period is usually allowed following the contract signing. Outside of this, the tenant is fully responsible for the contract term unless they can find a suitable replacement tenant. While exceptions may be granted for visa refusal or failure to meet academic conditions upon presenting official documentation, the final decision on approving any contract release or exception remains at the sole discretion of the property. No unilateral cancellation is generally permitted once the move-in date has passed.

  
  

• The standard payment policy requires the payment of a reservation fee and a security deposit upon securing the tenancy agreement. Rent payments are typically scheduled either monthly or quarterly, and the contract specifies applicable penalties for late or defaulted payments. It is important to note that any dispute regarding payment schedule adjustments or the final handling of fees rests solely with the property management. All security deposits are protected under a government-approved tenancy scheme until the contract concludes.
