Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Many providers offer a cooling-off period (typically 7–14 days) during which you can cancel for a full refund. After this period, cancellations before move-in may result in losing the holding deposit, and you may remain responsible for rent until a replacement tenant is found. Once moved in, tenants are generally liable for the full contract term unless a suitable replacement tenant is secured or early release is permitted—this depends on the provider.

• Payment Policy-

  Most student accommodations require a holding deposit to secure the room and a refundable security deposit before move-in. Rent is usually paid monthly, termly, or in full upfront, and must be paid by the due date stated in the agreement. Late payment fees or penalties may apply if rent is not paid on time.
