Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: Abodus Student Living has a cooling-off period of 7 days. If you cancel your booking within these 7 days, you will receive a refund of the entire booking amount.

  Cancellation after the Cooling-off Period: If you cancel your booking after the cooling-off period, you will be liable to pay the rent for the duration mentioned in your agreement. In case, you are successful in providing a replacement in your place for the duration of the tenancy, you will be released from the contract. Refund is also provided in cases like a rejection of a UK Visa application, rejection from the university, ill health, etc. However, you must submit the reasons written within 72 hours along with proof.

  Cancellation after the Start of the Tenancy: Once the tenancy has begun and you decide to cancel your booking, you must provide your replacement. In case, you are unable to provide your replacement, you will be liable to pay the entire amount mentioned in your agreement.

• Installments: You can pay your rent on an installment basis. However, you are required to make an advance deposit to secure your room. This deposit is deducted when you pay your first installment.

  Payment Methods: The payment method for booking accommodation can be done through bank transfers or the property’s online portal.
