Payment & Cancellation Policies

• You will have 15 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period.

  
  

  
  

  
  

  
  

• Paying in instalments for international students requires a UK guarantor.

  
  

  England & Wales

  Students will be required to pay a £100 “Reservation Rent” to secure their room. This will go towards their first rental payment 

  *The first instalment is typically 10 days prior to students moving in.

  
  

  Scotland

  Students will be required to pay a £100 “Reservation Fee” to secure their room. 

  *The first instalment is typically 10 days prior to students moving in.

  They will also be charged an additional £150 (£250.00 total) the two amount totalling of £250.00 is refundable providing the room state is satisfactory.

  Spain

  You can pay by Instalments:

  • If you have a Guarantor with demonstrable Spanish Residence
  • If you do not have a Guarantor – Increase your deposit in 750€ (Together with the 250€ from the reservation fee = 1000€ deposit refundable at the end of the stay). Please contact Marina Real if you choose this option.
