No Visa No Pay : If you have an offer of accommodation and the Visa application has been rejected, then you can cancel the booking by informing the team with a written confirmation issued by the Visa authorities within 7 days of receiving the rejection.
No Place No Pay : If you have an offer of accommodation and the university application has been rejected, then you can cancel the booking by informing the team with a written confirmation from the university or UCAS letter within 7 days of receiving the rejection.
Cancellation due to other circumstances : If you wish to cancel the booking before checking in the property, you will be released from the contract only if a replacement tenant is found.
If, in case a replacement tenant is not found, then you will not be released from the contract and shall be liable to pay the due rent.

Payment Methods: You can pay your rent via Student Finance, online through the portal using Western Union or Alipay, or you can request the bank details (provided in your tenancy agreement) to make a transfer. Please note that cash and cheques will not be accepted as a payment method. You must pay your first instalment before moving into the property.
Deposit: An advance booking deposit of GBP 100 must be paid to book your room which will be a part of your rent. Additionally, a security deposit of GBP 350 must be paid with the rent. This deposit amount will be placed into the government-authorized deposit protection scheme, TDS Custodial, for protection. It is refundable upon your check-out if there are no outstanding damages or rent owed.
Instalments: The rent can be paid in instalments if you can provide a UK guarantor. If you don’t have a UK-based guarantor, then you will need to pay your rent in full prior to your arrival. For reference checks, the guarantor must provide the following documents:
