Payment & Cancellation Policies

• You can cancel your booking within a short cooling-off period after signing—usually seven days. If your visa is refused or your university place is withdrawn, you can cancel before arrival and only lose the £250 holding fee. If you cancel less than two weeks before check-in, you’ll need to pay the holding fee plus two weeks’ rent. After check-in, no refund is given unless you find a suitable replacement tenant.

  
  

• To confirm your booking with GoBritanya, you need to pay a £250 holding fee within 24 hours. The first rent instalment must be paid before check-in, usually a few weeks in advance. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or in instalments, depending on your contract. All payments must be made on time to keep your booking secure.
