Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation within the cooling-off period- You can cancel the contract within 7 days after signing the agreement. Any cancellation done within the cooling-off period of 7 days will be acceptable and you are bound to receive the payment back after a deduction of the administration fee of GBP 80.

  Cancellation within the cooling-off period- In case of cancellation after the cooling-off period, you are liable to pay the rent for the remainder of the tenure which was agreed upon while signing the agreement.

  Cancellation in Case of Visa/ University Rejection- In case you succeed in finding accommodation and securing the same but your visa is rejected, we will refund the amount paid in entirety.

  Cancellation Before Moving in- Last-moment cancellation entails you finding a replacement before stepping out of the contract. The new tenant must agree to take over your contract for the remaining period. Once they sign the contract your payment will be refunded and you will be free from the obligation of the agreement.

• Payment Plans: We provide 1 or 2 payment plan option or 10 payments plan option.

  • 1 and 2 payment plan: 1st payment is made at the time of booking to secure your room. The second payment must be paid in the provider’s bank account before moving in. If you decide to move with 1 payment plan you will receive GBP 400 cashback on arrival. After the payment of 2nd installment you will receive GBP 200 cashback.
  • 10 payments plan: 1st payment is made at the time of booking to secure your room. The second payment must be paid in the provider’s bank account before moving in. Other installments will be taken at fixed time throughout the year as defined in the contract at the time of booking.
