Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: GoBritanya provides free cancellation during the cooling-off period. If you decide to cancel your booking during this period you will receive a refund of the entire deposit.

  Cancellation after the Cooling-off Period: If you cancel your booking after the cooling-off period, you will be liable to pay the rent for the duration mentioned in your agreement. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before your move-in date, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 250. If you cancel your booking 0-2 weeks before your move-in date, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 250 and a 2-week rent. If you cancel your booking after check-in or collecting the keys, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 250, a 2-week rent and accumulated rent from your check-in or key collection date.

  Cancellation in Case of Visa/University Rejection: Unfortunately, GoBritanya doesn’t provide any refund if you get a Visa or University rejection. However, if you can provide your replacement, you will receive a refund of your deposited amount.

• Installments: GoBritanya provides installment plans to students to ease the payment process. If you make an instant payment, you get a discount of 2%. For a one-time payment, you get a discount of 1.5%. If you pay your fees in 2 installments, you pay the same rent and if you make 3 to 4 installments, you are liable to an interest of 2%.

  Tailored Payment Terms: GoBritanya provides tailored payment plans to students who need a special arrangement. They include more installments, delayed due dates or tailored installment splits.
