Cancellation Before You Move in: If you succeed in finding accommodation in the UK, you are required to pay a week’s rent while making the booking which is then transferred to your rent account after he moves in. If you book your accommodation in Ireland, you have to pay the entire rent. In case, you decide to cancel your booking before moving in, you are required to find your replacement which is approved by Aparto and requires an admission fee of EUR 100.
Cancellation in Case of Visa Rejection: If you succeed in securing accommodation in the UK but unfortunately your visa application is rejected, then you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter issued by the visa authorities. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 5 working days of receiving a rejection of your visa application along with proof. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation within the Cooling Off Period: Unless you have collected your keys, you can cancel your booking by sending an email directly to the accommodation team within 7 working days of accepting the agreement. Aparto will provide you with a full refund.
Cancellation After You Move in: You will only be released from your tenancy agreement after moving in under exceptional circumstances. If the college has withdrawn your application or you have decided to withdraw from the university, you need to provide evidence of the same. If you are dealing with any medical issues, you need to provide a medical certificate.

Payment Methods: The payment method for booking accommodation in the UK is through debit cards and credit cards or bank transfers. You need to pay a week’s rent to secure your booking.
Instalments: The rent can be paid in instalments if you can provide a guarantor. If you don’t have a guarantor, then you will need to pay your rent in full prior to your arrival.
Deposit: To confirm the accommodation booking in the UK, you need to pay a week’s rent in advance. If you are booking your accommodation in Scotland, you are required to pay a deposit of EUR 100 as well. In case, you wish to cancel your booking before providing your replacement in Ireland, you are required to pay an administration fee of EUR 100.
