Payment & Cancellation Policies

• If you cancel your booking with Your Tribe, the cancellation terms will apply as per the agreement. Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the amount paid. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stated time. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

• To confirm your booking with Your Tribe, payment must be made on time. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received. Payments should be made using the approved methods shared by Your Tribe. If payment is not completed by the due date, the booking may be cancelled.
