Payment & Cancellation Policies

• A full refund is normally given if you cancel within the provider’s cooling-off period, but the duration of this period depends on the provider. After the cooling-off period, cancellations are accepted only under the conditions set by the provider, and fees may apply. Once the tenancy starts, you are usually responsible for the full rent unless the provider allows a replacement tenant and one is found according to their guidelines.

  
  

• Students usually need to pay a booking fee or advance to reserve the room, and the remaining rent can be paid in full or in instalments based on what the provider allows. All payments must be made on time using the payment methods accepted by the provider, and any late payments may have extra charges depending on the provider’s rules.
