How to Apply for Accommodation?
In order to apply for the above-mentioned student accommodation in Birmingham, the students should go through the following steps:
Step 1: The student should begin by looking at different types of university accommodations on the official website of Aston University at https://www.aston.ac.uk/undergraduate/your-application/accommodation.
Step 2: After deciding on the accommodation and accepting the offer through UCAS, allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. There are some points which the student should keep in mind.
Step 3: Once all the steps are done, using the validation code, log in and select ‘APPLY’. On the application page, choose 2023/24 as your ‘Academic Year’ and Undergraduate or Postgraduate as your ‘Course Type’. After this, click on ‘New Student’.
Step 4: In the next step, the student should prioritise the building in which they would like to live.
Step 5: In the next step, the student will get a summary of the all options they have chosen. The student will get the option to edit any of the options if needed before continuing to the next step.
Step 6: Over here the student will get a room offer, which will be sent via an email from Unite Students within 24 hours along with all the necessary information about their booking.
Once the student receives the email from the above-mentioned address, students will get 3 working days to pay an advance fee of £250 ( around Rs 26,130). If the said amount is not paid in the given time, then they will get an email saying that their offer has been withdrawn.
