Trinity College Dublin offers exclusive nomination rights for student accommodation at the newly opened Kavanagh Court in Dublin 1, just a 15-minute walk from the college. The rooms are available for a 38-week occupancy at a weekly rate of €285, including a €255 license fee and €30 for utilities. It’s important to note that Kavanagh Court is owned and operated by an independent provider, Yugo, and Trinity College Dublin has no influence over their policies or decisions, including early termination. Applications for the 2023/24 academic term are now open, and for immediate room availability or summer accommodation, please contact Natalia at [email protected] or Yugo directly. If an early arrival is needed, reserve the room first and then coordinate with Yugo.
