  • Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: Unite Students accommodations provide free cancellation anytime during the period of 7 days from the booking. This can be done after you receive a mail confirmation about your booking.

    Cancellation after the Cooling-off Period: If you cancel your booking after the cooling-off period, you will be liable to pay the rent for the duration mentioned in your agreement. In case, you are successful in providing a replacement in your place for the duration of the tenancy, you will be released from the contract after paying the change of tenancy fee of GBP 50.

    No Visa No Pay:

    • Students have 3 days to accept the booking after it is processed. A sum of GBP 250 needs to be paid by the student and the guarantor if you are booking in England. If you are booking in Scotland, no advance payment is required.
    • In case you succeed in finding accommodation and securing the same but your visa is rejected, we will refund the amount paid in entirety.
    • In case you succeed in finding accommodation and securing the same but your ATAS certificate (Academic Technology Approval Scheme) is rejected, we will refund the amount paid in entirety.
