Payment & Cancellation Policies

• No Visa No Pay: If you have an offer of accommodation and the Visa application has been rejected, then you can cancel the booking by informing the team with a written confirmation issued by the Visa authorities.

  No Place No Pay: If you have an offer of accommodation and the university application has been rejected, then you can cancel the booking by informing the team with a written confirmation from the university or UCAS letter.

  A student can be released from the contract after cooling off period if the student finds a replacement for the accommodation provided to him/her.

• Payment Modes: The rent may be paid via credit card, debit, or bank transfer. The listed prices are per person, per week.

  Installments: The rent may be paid either in full or can be paid in 3 installments with a UK guarantor.

  Deposit: No deposit or advance rent is required to make a booking.
