Cancellation in Case of Visa Rejection: If you succeed in securing accommodation in the UK but unfortunately your visa application is rejected, then you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter issued by the visa authorities. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 24-48 hours of receiving a rejection of your visa application. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation in Case of University Rejection: If you succeed in securing accommodation in the UK but unfortunately your application is rejected by the university, then you can cancel the booking. For this, you need to inform the team by writing a confirmation letter from the university or UCAS letter. Further, you will need to send a mail with properly attached documents within 24-48 hours of receiving a rejection of your application from the university. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to refund the deposit.
Cancellation within the Cooling Off Period: You can cancel your booking by sending an email directly to the accommodation team within 7 days of signing the agreement.
Cancellation after the Cooling Off Period: If you cancel your booking of the accommodation after 7 days of signing the agreement, you are liable to pay the weekly rent until a replacement tenant is found. If the owner has to re-let the property, a release fee would be charged which is recovered from the security deposit which becomes non-refundable.

Payment Methods: You can choose to pay in full, in 3 instalments, or in 10 instalments. No guarantor is required for any of these payment options. Cash and cheques will not be accepted as payment methods. Payment must be made through debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers.
Instalments: Rent can be paid in 3 instalments or 10 instalments. A UK guarantor is not required for any instalment plan.
Deposit: No deposit is required for booking your accommodation.
