Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: Trinity Hall accommodations provide free cancellation till 01/07/24 or 6 weeks prior to the tenant start date whichever comes first. If you decide to cancel your booking during this period you will receive a refund of the entire deposit.

  Cancellation after the Cooling-off Period: If you cancel your booking after 01/07/24 or moving in, you will be liable to pay the rent for the duration mentioned in your agreement. In case, you are successful in providing a replacement in your place for the duration of the tenancy, you will be released from the contract after paying the change of tenancy fee of GBP 50.

• Installments: The rent can be paid in instalments if you can provide a UK guarantor. If you don’t have a UK-based guarantor, then you will need to pay your rent in full prior to your arrival. You need to pay the full rent or the first intsallment on 01/07 of every year.

  Payment Methods: The payment method for booking accommodation in the UK is through bank transfers or the property’s online portal.
